Pompton Lakes Mayor Michael Serra and Borough Council have announced a ribbon cutting ceremony for new playground equipment at Lakeside Park will take place this upcoming Thursday December 17, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.
The new equipment was recently installed as part of a project overseen by Councilwoman Jennifer Polidori, the Pompton Lakes Open Space Committee, with support from the Mayor and Borough Council.
The upgraded park features new swings, benches, and other kids playground equipment.
Should the ceremony be cancelled for inclement weather, an updated date will be posted on the Borough of Pompton Lakes Facebook Page.
Social distancing and face masks are required for attendees.
